One-year subscription included with initial purchase of Benchmark Assessment System, Sistema de evaluación de la lectura and Leveled Literacy Intervention systems. In subsequent years each teacher subscription is $30 per user, per year, and includes unlimited access for School and District Administrators.
When you purchase at least one Teacher keycode (which allows one teacher to register and use the product for one year from their initial log-in date), you may select any number of School or District Administrator keycodes for free. An administrator subscription allows you to view and compare the assessment data from different students/classrooms/schools within your district. If you later determine that you need more administrator keycodes of either type, call customer service at 800.225.5800. Keycodes and login instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You can then distribute the keycodes to other administrators and teachers.
The Online Data Management System was developed to respond to the need for teachers and administrators to share Leveled Literacy Intervention assessment data and monitor student progress. This password-protected, web-based version provides robust support for schools and districts interested in collecting and analyzing data on student achievement and progress over time. The online system is available for purchase on an annual subscription basis. Access is available for three different levels of users: teachers, school administrators, and district administrators.
Teacher users of the online data management system enter student reading assessment data and can view reports on individual student reading levels or comprehension levels as well as see reports showing whole-class data. These reports compare actual student progress to district level reading level goals.
School Administrator users can view reports on individuals and whole classes within their school and compare student data to expected goals. District Administrators can view reports on classes and entire schools within their district and compare student progress to district-wide goals.
